Yes its true, I remixed Richard Dinsdale! And it’s out now on the Leeds imprint, LS City Records, along with remixes by Jamie Fisher, Hausjacker, Versus 5 and Snappa.

Richard Dinsdale is on fire at the minute, the Toolroom artist has been consistently delivering big tracks for the main rooms for the past couple of years making him a no stranger to the Beatport top 10, where he has been many times, last time he was there for at least 4 weeks peaking at #2

My mix has got early support by well known names from the scene, among them: LondonGround, D.O.N.S, David Penn, Roog/Hardsoul, Ant Brooks, Stephan M & Laurent Simeca, Anna Kiss and Dan Mckie. The release with the other mixes also got support by people like  Tom Novy, The Scumfrog, Olav Bazoski, Warren Clarke, Hayley Parsons, Luke Pompey, Lissat & Voltaxx, Patrick M, Juan Kidd and many more.

Needless to say I am very proud of this release, I quite like the end result.

Oh and Beatport labeled it Deep House…

I love Beatport for many reasons but being 3 am I will make this short so I’ll just tell you about the feature they’ve given of my recent release on Elite Records (Mexico) ‘Una Flor’ by Ambito which I remixed recently.

I was just about to get some sleep (I’m actually writing this from my bed) when I thought about checking the label top 10 on Beatport see how my two releases on Elite Records are doing (which by the way are currently on the 4th and 6th positions)

The remix I did was labeled as Minimal, although I am not sure what genre it actually is, and the guys at Beatport must think its great cause they currently have it on the minimal genre page as a featured release:

Being my first ever feature on Beatport I thought it was worth the announcement (right?)  lets hope its the first of many more to come (fingers crossed)

Hey! thought I should  let you know my new release is out today on Elite Records Mexico, my remix of Fiesta by Jose Cabello. I’m very excited because its such a solid release and so  far has got the support of Marco Carola, Slam, Alexi Delano, Maya Jane Coles, Matteo Matteini, Horatio, Mark Knight, Ant Brooks, Urss and Prok & Fitch to name but a few, here’s a fragment from the feedback report:

Finally! after 10 months of wait Luz De Luna  is finally out!

Luz De Luna is a track that came out of a few emails with Jim Breese, an amazing sax jam from the incredibly talented, Ibiza based jazz musician Laura Fowles a.ka. The Lovely Laura and a 2 day session producing it with Jim in my studio in Bogota.

The very night we finished it, Jim was DJing at Piso 30, a very popular club in town, the crowd reaction to it was immediate, we both knew right there that we had something special going on. Since, Jim has been testing all around the world and it works out every time.
